What is the Library Link Program?
The JCPL’s Library Link program brings our collection of materials to the doorstep of those unable to visit the library. Our carefully chosen volunteers are matched with homebound customers and trained to deliver personally selected library materials on a monthly basis.
Who can receive this service?
This program is available to adult residents of Jessamine County who are unable to visit the library due to a permanent or temporary (min. 6 months) condition and have no other reasonable means of accessing library materials. If you, or someone you know, would like to receive this service, you can download the application form here Link.

Who can volunteer?
Library Link volunteers are adults who love to read and who are physically able to select and deliver library materials. Volunteers must have reliable transportation, a valid Kentucky driver’s license, and proof of current auto insurance. Volunteers will attend a brief training session and are asked to make at least a 6 month commitment to the program. A police background check will be performed on all volunteers. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please download the application form here Link
