Items are not able to be renewed if they are on hold for another customer. Please note: DVDs can only be renewed one time. Video Games may not be renewed.

You can renew your library materials by:

Using the My Account feature online View

Calling the library at 859-885-3523 during our regular operating hours and using our automated system or speaking with a circulation desk associate

Renewing your material in person at the library's Circulation Desk.

An item cannot be renewed if another customer has placed a hold on it. If overdue fines or fees on your card exceed $10.00, you will not be able to renew items on your account online. Contact the circulation desk in person or phone in this situation. Contact the Information Desk e-mail regarding renewals on interlibrary loan materials. Please have your library card number and PIN on hand when you renew your material. Please note: DVDs can only be renewed one time. Video games may not be renewed.

The library provides book and media return boxes 24 hours a day at the library's east entrance. Items must fall completely down into the boxes in order to be considered returned. The library also has offsite return boxes available at the United Bank in Wilmore, at the Kroger in Brannon Crossing, and at the Paddock Shops on Harrodsburg Road, US 68.  Returned Materials are checked in on the day the last pickup was made to avoid overdue charges that may result between pickup days.
