About the Meeting Rooms

The library’s meeting rooms are available for public gatherings of a civic, cultural, or educational character. Commercial or fund-raising gatherings are prohibited.

The rooms are available during scheduled library hours only. All set-up and break-down activities must occur during open hours. Meetings must be finished at least 15 minutes before the library closes.

Available Meeting Rooms Due to COVID

At this time, the library’s Study Room and Davies Conference Room can be reserved. The capacity for each room is three people. Masks are required, and social distancing must be observed.

Equipment

A variety of audio-visual equipment is available for use. Arrangements for use of library equipment must be made in advance with a library staff member, at the time a meeting room is reserved.

Reserve a meeting room

To request a room, go to http://jesspublib.evanced.info/spaces. You must create a free account on behalf of your organization. A library staff person will contact you to confirm the reservation.

You may also call us at (859) 885-3523. Reservations for a room may be made with no less than five days’ notice and no more than 60 days’ notice.
