Universal Class offers over 500 self-paced, online courses for patrons interested in the lifelong pursuit of knowledge for either personal or professional reasons.

Courses include:

  • Beyond the Crust: The Heart and Soul of Bread Baking
  • How to Bake Cookies
  • Pie Baking 101

Earn CEUs or take video only classes

These self-paced, online courses can be taken just for fun or while earning CEU (Continuing Education Unit) credits.

If you take them for CEUs, you’ll get to interact with the course instructor. However, you’ll need to complete the lessons in order and pass quizzes and tests before moving on to the next lesson.

If you choose to take the classes in Video Only Mode, you can view lessons in any order. But you won’t be able to contact the instructor or earn CEUs.
