To apply for a JCPL library card, please visit the library in person. If you are under 18, please bring a parent or guardian.

- Library cards are free to all who live in Jessamine County.
What Do I Need to Bring?

- Proof of current address (if the address on your photo ID is up-to-date, that’s all you need!)

- Library cards are free to all who work in Jessamine County.

- Proof of employment, such as a pay stub
