Get homebound delivery with Library Link
Library Link is a free delivery service for homebound customers in Jessamine County.
How does it work?
Carefully chosen volunteers are matched with homebound customers and trained to deliver personally selected library materials on a monthly basis. Program participants are also able to access JCPL’s online resources, such as eBooks and eAudiobooks.
Who may use this service?
Library Link is available to adult residents of Jessamine County who are unable to visit the library due to a permanent or temporary (minimum of 6 months) condition and who have no other reasonable means of accessing library materials.
How do I apply?
Download the Library Link program brochure and return it to the library, or apply online. After your application is received, our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to schedule an at-home visit.
Interested in volunteering for this program?
Library Link volunteers select, check out, deliver, and return library materials to Jessamine County’s homebound residents. A few volunteers select and check out items that are then delivered and returned by someone else. To begin the application process to volunteer for this program, please visit our volunteer page.
