What is an eLibrary Card?
The JCPL eLibrary card gives you instant access to all our online resources, including eBooks, audiobooks, and movies.
If you would like full access to print books, video games, musical instruments, and more, please visit us in person.
Who Can Apply?
If you’re 18 years old or older and live in Jessamine County, you can apply online for a JCPL eLibrary card.
How Do I Apply?
Once you have read and agreed to the Library Card Agreement in the application below and agreed to follow all the library’s policies, choose submit. Then enter your name, contact information, and birth date.
How Will I Get My Card?
You will receive an email with your library card number.
