Get a JCPL eLibrary Card

JCPL Policies and Rules: I have received information about the library’s service’s and policies. I agree to obey all library rules and policies in order to retain the library privileges of this card.

Internet access: I have read and agree to abide by the JCPL Internet policy.

Responsibility: I understand this card is the property of JCPL. I accept liability for all activities related to the use of this card, including monitoring the materials borrowed and payment of late fees and/or bills for lost, damaged, or stolen materials. I understand I am responsible for card usage up to the point I report the card lost or stolen. I will promptly notify the library of an address or phone number change.
