Kentucky Voting Deadlines
The deadline for Kentucky voter registration is Oct. 5, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
The deadline to apply online for an absentee ballot is Oct. 9, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.
Civil Rights Restoration
If you have been convicted of a non-violent felony in Kentucky and have served your time, your voting rights may have been restored by a 2019 executive order. Visit the Civil Rights Restored website to learn more and to check your status. If your rights have been restored, you will still need to register to vote.
