New Year, New Books & Bites Bingo

Read even more this year with the Winter-Spring Books & Bites Bingo reading challenge!

Reading challenges are a great way to set reading goals for yourself, discover new authors and genres, and have fun while doing it.

How Do I Play?

From now through June, 30, 2025, keep track of books you read or listen to by writing the title and author in the matching square on the Winter-Spring Books & Bites Bingo card.

Complete all 25 squares for a chance to win a $100 Joseph-Beth gift card! You’ll also earn an enamel pin (while supplies last).

During the month of June, turn in your completed card at the Ask a Librarian, Customer Service, or Teen Desks.

What’s Up with All the Asterisks (*)?

In addition to one free square in the center of the card, you can double up on certain prompts. You may pair any prompt with an asterisk with a prompt without an asterisk. However, you can’t use a title more than twice.

Plus, you can earn another free square if you decide to read Rednecks by Taylor Brown and 1) attend our Book Club discussion of it or 2) listen to the March episode of the Books & Bites podcast.

The in-person book club discussion of Rednecks will be held on Tuesday, March 18, at 6:30 pm. Registration will open on February 18.

Can’t make it? Listen to the March episode of the Books & Bites podcast anytime after it airs.
